Just stayed here for 2 nights, overall great experience. Personally I thought the room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in. Trust me when I say that, I have very high expectations. Very pleased. Walls are super thin. You can hear everything. That is one dislike about this hotel. Keep that in mind lol Breakfast was great, and the lady running it was super pleasant and nice. Location was in a convenient spot too. We came for the Matt Rife show in Cleveland. Easy and quick to get there. Far enough from the busy city but also close. Will keep this hotel marked for next time we come back.

Very clean and sanitized, the front desk personnel attire was professional, and the late night front desk young lady was extremely helpful, proactive, and professional. Two thumbs up!!! The room service did not assist in morning service, causing me to retrieve clean towels downstairs.

Very friendly staff! Nice clean hotel with well thought out room design. Very classy and unique shower design complete with handy wall mounted body wash and shampoo dispensers. No fumbling with little bottles! Very large fridge and freezer unlike other hotels. Breakfast was as expected and good.

On a recent visit, I was in four hotels in seven days and this was by far - huge margin - the best of the bunch. It was modern, clean, fully furnished with a small kitchenette. Check in was friendly and easy. On-site parking. Nice amenities. Very pleased and would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The lobby was very nice and welcoming, and the staff was friendly from the moment we checked in. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Our room was nice as well, though we were a little surprised to find a full-size bed instead of the usual queen in a single-bed room. Not a deal-breaker, just unexpected. Overall, it was a good experience with helpful, friendly staff. We’d stay again!

Great hotel with everything you always expect from a good place to stay. The breakfasts are good and the rooms are always nice. The second day breakfast had less variety than the first, but the waffles are always my go-to here. The pool was the perfect size for my learning- to-swim toddler and the gym was great for light workouts.

Rooms are always very clean. I have stayed here alot and it has never let me down. Nice area, close to alot of restaurants and shopping.

First and most important, the room was super clean! Check-in was a breeze. They do allow for online check-in, room selection and digital keys. I did that, but I still stopped at the front desk to ask for a key card. I've had trouble with digital keys before. The front desk associate was super nice, smiled, gave me my key and offered a bag with water bottles and a snack. Every associate I encountered during my 3 nights there was awesome. I love the fridge/freezer and the kitchen area of the room. Location is great, close to everything. I felt it was a safe area. Quiet hotel. If you're used to using hotel supplied toiletries, be aware there is no conditioner in the shower, only shampoo and shower gel. No big deal for me because I bring my own. Overall, a great stay. Our corporate offices are in town and I made sure to let them know what a great place it is!
